Experiencing Coral Reefs in 3D with Virtual Reality
In 2016, CORAL began an exciting partnership with the Virtual Human Interaction Lab (VHIL) at Stanford University. With CORAL’s help, two VHIL staff members traveled to Palau in the western Pacific to film underwater virtual reality footage. From their trip came a cutting-edge underwater virtual reality film, Coral Compass, which was praised by film critics at the Tribeca Film Festival. Watch the short film here and learn about CORAL's partnership with the VHIL. |
